FEATURES: Fantaxa rosé is a very enjoyable wine. It comes from one of the oldest indigenous Cretan varieties, which thrives and gives very impressive results only in specific vineyards at altitudes such as village Dafnes (400 meters). Wine is made with a controlled alcoholic fermentation in a new oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation and batonaz for four months tends to create a unique wine with a fuller mouthfeel with a butter-like taste to it. Aromas of jam and ripe fruits predominate. The mouth is rich with oily, buttery texture, perfect balance and a long aftertaste. Accompanies perfect fish, shellfish, cooked meal and meat.
