FEATURES: Vidiano and Assyrtiko are rare types of white grapes, possibly two of the greatest Mediterranean varieties. Vidiano and Assyrtiko in
Crete gives not only high alcohol percentages but also a perfect balance provided by its crispness and minerality. We follow a controlled alcoholic
fermentation in new oak barrels. The wine in the barrels is regularly stirred. Malolactic fermentation and batonaz for four months tends to create a
unique wine with a fuller mouthfeel with a butterlike taste to it. It has briliant straw colour with greenish shades and an aroma of butter, lemon and matured fruit such as pear, mango and citrus.
TASTE HARMONY: On the palate the rich flavors of lemon peel enhance the appealing mouthfeel, adding a well balanced finish.
